What’s included ↓

Monthly bookkeeping

What monthly bookkeeping includes.

Transactions, categorized

Income and expenses recorded and categorized in QuickBooks Online, kept current month to month.

Reconciliations

Bank and credit-card accounts reconciled, so the books match reality.

Monthly statements

A profit-and-loss and balance sheet you can actually read — and use.

Setup & cleanup

Getting QuickBooks Online set up right, or cleaning up books that drifted — kept in coordination with your tax work.

Who does the work

Led by a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Your bookkeeping is led by Emily Langlois, our Client Advisory Lead. Emily is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional, and she works directly with clients — the books she keeps are reviewed right alongside the tax work, so the two never drift apart.

Pricing

Simple monthly pricing.

Most monthly bookkeeping engagements run around $500 per month, with a firm minimum of $300 per month, depending on volume and complexity. We’ll take a quick look at your books and quote it before you commit.

Starting points, not quotes — final pricing depends on transaction volume and how much cleanup the books need.

Why it matters

Planning only works from clean, current numbers.

The tax plan is only as good as the books underneath it. When your bookkeeping and your tax work live in the same firm, decisions through the year rest on real data — not a scramble to reconstruct the year every spring.
