Current Clients
Welcome back.
This page is for current Neil CPA clients: schedule a meeting, access TaxDome, upload documents securely, make a payment, or find the right next step. Anything involving tax documents, return copies, signatures, or sensitive information should go through TaxDome rather than email.
Office status: Normal availability. Please use TaxDome for secure documents and the scheduler below for meetings.
Schedule
Schedule a meeting
Current clients can schedule directly — no need to email first to ask whether Neil is available. If the meeting needs document review, research, or tax analysis, please leave reasonable preparation time (normally at least two business days) and include a short agenda so we know what to review before we meet.
For quick administrative questions, a message may be better than a meeting. Use TaxDome for sensitive details or documents.
Secure documents
Use TaxDome for anything sensitive
In TaxDome, current clients can access the secure portal used for document uploads, return copies, e-signatures, and relevant client information.
Please don’t email Social Security numbers, tax documents, account numbers, or signed tax forms. If you’re not sure where something belongs, send a brief note without sensitive details and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Payments
Payments and mailing
When your work is complete, you’ll receive your invoice by email with a secure link to pay online. The easiest option is an ACH bank transfer, right from the invoice — it’s fast, secure, and the method we prefer. A lot of people skip ACH because they assume it costs us more; it doesn’t, so please use it without a second thought.

Please don’t mail physical tax documents to this address unless we specifically ask you to.
